I met Sophie and Paul back in 2015 when they first enquired with me about shooting their wedding.
Back then, one of the places I was dying to shoot at was at COMO The Treasury building in the city. When Sophie mentioned they wanted to get ready there AND do a first look, I got really excited.
To top it off, she wanted to style Fraser’s restaurant with an industrial theme, complete with long tables, hanging Edison bulbs, and steel chairs. I couldn’t wait to see Sophie’s vision come to life.
The day of the wedding, Paul got ready at COMO The Treasury while Sophie was at her parents’ place. They had a very special first look outside the building, then we wandered the back alleys of Wolf Lane for more photos before heading to the ceremony at Marlee Pavilion in King’s Park. Then it was straight to Fraser’s Restaurant for the reception and what an amazing setup! Sophie even had a dessert table at the end with doughnuts filled with every flavour imaginable. They even setup a whisky bar for later in the night, where guests could get a glass of their favourite whisky while enjoying the view of the city from King’s Park.
Big thanks to the following vendors who made the day possible:
