This one has been a long time coming.
I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to post an update but it’s finally here.
Emily & Pete booked me for an engagement shoot before I left for the UK for a much needed break. I still wanted to squeeze in a shoot or two and they contacted me over email to organise a time.
Our itinerary happened to coincide and we had arranged to meet in the south for the shoot, but Murphy’s Law struck (or maybe it was just lack of proper planning). We were still in Edinburgh two days before our shoot. It was then a mad rush across the UK to make it to the shoot in time. We drove a total of 12 hours non-stop to get to Bath. Thank God for the summer weather, the sun didn’t set till 10pm so it was still light when we reached our destination. I was completely knackered from the drive and was thankful we had a place to rest and recharge before the shoot the next day. From there it was a short 2 hour drive down to where Emily & Pete were.
The shoot location was absolutely stunning. We had to take a ferry out to a small island where a row of colourful chalets sat facing the ocean. We spent most of the afternoon there and it was a real blast getting to know Em & Pete. Check out the pics below from our session.
